Prestige Emergency Lights offers a 2-year warranty on all LUMAX products. Warranty begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty is voided if a product is damaged in result of abuse, excess voltage, improper installation, broken products, or water damage (to NON WATERPROOF products.)
If a product is defective, please call or email our customer service to notify us and receive authorization to return the product for a replacement or refund.
Please ship it to us for repair along with the sales receipt and/or order number. If the product was purchased from a vendor other than prestigeemergencylights.com, an accompanying sales receipt is mandatory.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Prestige Emergency Lights.

The returned item will either be repaired or replaced with a refurbished or new one. Please allow 1-2 weeks for repair or replacement item to be shipped. The status of the return can be viewed online in your account.
